Biography
Dr. Seçil Karahüseyin is currently working in the Department of Pharmacognosy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Çukurova University, Adana, Türkiye. She began her education at Istanbul University, where she graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy with both her master’s and doctoral degrees.
She is an active reviewer for numerous scientific journals and has published extensively in both national and international journals. She has also participated in several international conferences. In addition, she has contributed book chapters published by SENSE B–indexed publishers and other academic publishing houses.
Research Interests
Her research areas include medicinal plants, secondary metabolites, phenolic compounds, phytochemical analysis, active pharmaceutical ingredients, bioactivity studies, traditional medicine and natural products, and ethnobotanical studies.

Dr. Ender Coskunpinar is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Biology, School of Medicine, Sağlık Bilimleri University, Istanbul, Türkiye. From 2016 to 2018, he served as an Assistant Professor in the same department and institution.
He completed his B.Sc. in Biology at Istanbul University, Istanbul, Türkiye, in 1997. He later earned his M.Sc. in Genetics from the Health Sciences Institute, Istanbul University, in 2008. Between 2009 and 2013, he completed his Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine at Istanbul University.
Dr. Coskunpinar has authored more than 50 scientific publications and has presented his work at several international scientific conferences. He has received multiple awards from various organizations in recognition of his outstanding research contributions. He is also a member of several professional organizations.

Biography
I am currently working as a Professor at Shantou University Medical College, Shantou, China. I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Hong Kong (HKU). My research focuses on chemical probe development, molecular imaging of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (ROS/RNS), and the biological mechanisms of oxidative stress and cell death in infectious and liver diseases. I am also involved in the discovery of novel antimicrobial and hepatotropic agents.
I have a strong portfolio of high-quality publications in top-tier journals, including Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS), Chemical Science, and Organic Letters. I have over 10 years of experience in live-cell and in vivo imaging. In addition, I have undertaken extensive peer-review assignments (over 15) for leading chemical, biological, and medical journals, including JACS, Angewandte Chemie, and Nature Communications.

Cell biology, cell culture, cancer biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, immunology, and neuroscience.

Heidi Abouzeid is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at New Valley University, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the field of clinical pharmacy and research. With a career spanning over eight years, she has made significant contributions to the advancement of clinical pharmacy practice.
Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Heidi Abouzeid began her academic journey at an early age, driven by a strong curiosity and passion for healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Cairo University and further developed her clinical skills through hands-on experience at Cairo University Hospital, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of clinical pharmacy practice.
In addition to her clinical experience, Heidi has a strong interest in research. Her commitment to advancing the field led her to engage in clinical research and statistical analysis, where she has contributed to a deeper understanding of healthcare outcomes.
One of the notable milestones in her career was completing the Clinical Scholar Research Training Program at Harvard University, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence. This training provided her with advanced knowledge and methodologies in clinical research, laying the foundation for impactful research endeavors.
Heidi further pursued her academic development by obtaining a Master’s degree from the National University of Pharmacy in Ukraine, where she broadened her perspective and academic experience in clinical pharmacy. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the School of Pharmacy, Southwest University, China, where her research aims to contribute to the continued advancement of clinical pharmacy.
